Waitlist Deposit:
A non-refundable $200 deposit secures your spot on the waitlist for this specific litter. This deposit is applied toward your total purchase price. It may be transferred to a future litter waitlist if needed. Multiple deposits are required for multiple puppies.

Litter Selection and Timing:
Litter timing estimates are based on breeding cycles - exact dates are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a litter to prioritize the health of our breeding dogs. Pregnancies can fail or yield fewer puppies than anticipated and cannot be guaranteed. In the event of a cancellation, your deposit transfers to the next available litter.

Puppy Selection Process:
Puppy selection takes place when puppies are approximately 5–6 weeks old. Selection order is based on waitlist position - first deposit received = first pick. You may choose any available puppy during your designated selection window. Missing your selection window forfeits your opportunity to choose from this litter.

Puppy Purchase and Additional Fee:
Upon selecting your puppy, you will receive a Puppy Sales Contract. You have 24 hours to sign it along with a non-refundable selection fee of $200, which secures your chosen puppy and is applied toward the final price. Total payments prior to pickup: $200 (waitlist deposit) + $200 (selection fee) = $400 applied toward the $2,400 purchase price. The remaining balance of $2,000 is due at the time of pickup or prior to delivery.

Pickup and Delivery:
Puppies are ready to go home at 8 weeks old. Memphis-area families are welcome to pick up at our home. For families outside Memphis, our breeder personally delivers in-cabin — your puppy flies with us, never in cargo and never with a stranger. Personal airport delivery is available to most major US airports for an additional fee. Contact us to arrange.

Breeder's Selection Right:
We reserve the primary right to select any puppy from any litter for our breeding program.
