Common Questions

Can I see more than one puppy during my viewing?
Absolutely - we encourage it. Whether you're on a video call or visiting in person, we'll introduce you to all available puppies so you can see who feels like the right fit for your family.
What if I'm outside Memphis - can I still schedule a viewing?
Yes — our video call option is available to families anywhere in the USA. We connect via FaceTime or Google Meet and show you the puppies live. Many of our buyers across the country have reserved their puppy after a single video call.
Is there any obligation after the viewing?
None at all. A viewing is simply a chance to meet the puppies, ask your questions, and see if it feels right. There's zero pressure — we just love showing off our pups.
